Clearer basket message if orders are not closed for a delivery point but the customer oder is confirmed

Ability to add product or quantity after having confirmed an order when the order are not processed yet

The customer can now add an higher qty of any product to a confirmed invoice. The invoice has to be confirmed again.

Use ajax.aspnetcdn.com instead of ajax.googleapis.com because google does serve only a limited number of user-agent. For eg : insider release of edge are disallowed by google.
